Drop this snippet into your storefront theme to start receiving tickets

Where to paste it

Open your Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes → Edit code, then open theme.liquid and paste the snippet just before </body>. The widget will load asynchronously and won't block your storefront.

The widget detects the visitor's browser language by default. To force a specific locale, change data-locale to it, fr, de, es, etc.

How it works

When a visitor opens the chat, they can leave their email and a message — that creates an open ticket in your inbox. If they're already a Shopify customer (matched by email), the ticket is linked to their record and we surface their order history alongside the conversation.

Replies you send from the inbox are auto-translated to the customer's language. Their replies arrive translated into yours. The original text is always available underneath in case you want to read it verbatim.
